Splash Training began as a backyard swim school in 2000, expanding to teach lifeguarding & first aid and adding year-round programming with an emphasis on leadership. Today, Splash Training offers an expansive roster of education programs both online and in-person at our Aurora facility in addition to partnerships with school boards, municipal facilities, and private recreation organizations across the GTA.

Program Director Jessie Fraser is a dynamic, engaging educator committed to inclusive teaching pedagogies and critical approaches. Jessie holds a Masters in Adult Education and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and is a frequent presenter at Canadian educational conferences, an award-winning instructor, and a provincial examiner recognized for her creative lessons and learner-centred approach.
